On February 21, 2024, under the direction of the FDA, we deactivated our Suwanee, Georgia facility as a registered medical device establishment.  Prior to that date, we registered our Chicago facility below as such an establishment, as regulatory functions of the company were transferred to Chicago near the end of 3Q and beginning of 4Q of 2023.
