The mannuronic acid content, derived from 100% natural seaweed, allows better management of moderate to heavy fluid exudate while maintaining a soft, pliable structure. It can absorb up to 12 times its weight, promoting faster healing and preventing maceration. The hemostatic properties support blood clot formation and helps control minor bleeding in wounds. The product does not adhere to the wound, providing easy, atraumatic removal. Alginate Fiber Dressings fill cavities and conform to irregular shapes, offering support and flexibility. Can be easily cut to fit the size, shape, and depth of the wound.
