The silicone adhesive forms a secure bond that is gentle on the wound and surrounding skin, allowing for safe removal. The superabsorbent fiber layer vertically captures and retains exudate, maintaining a clean, optimal healing environment. The breathable construction promotes moisture vapor transmission, supporting a healthy wound environment and preventing excess moisture buildup around the peri-wound skin.
