Sol-M® NRFit® Spinal Needle, Pencil Point, with introducer needle (Type : AN-S II)
Intended for spinal puncture and injection of liquid drugs into the subarachnoid space, the Sol-M® NRFit® spinal needles, with pencil point, adopt the ISO 80369-6, NRFit®, connector to help preventing potentially fatal misconnection risks.
The introducer needle allows for easy skin penetration and provides additional support to the spinal needle.
Sol-M® NRFit® Spinal Needles’ clear hub and rapid reflux enables anaesthesiologists to visualize CSF for proper needle placement.
Sol-M® NRFit® Spinal Needles with introducer needle are available in different sizes with lengths ranging from 75 mm to 120 mm and gauges from 22 G to 27 G.
- Pencil Point’s atraumatic puncture and optimal gliding properties minimize possible injuries and prevent foreign bodies and tissue particles from being carried into the subarachnoid space, while reducing the incidence of post-dural puncture headache (PDPH)
- High-quality stainless-steel needle for increased stability
- Stylet clip provide identification of needle tip point orientation and reduce the risk of needle stylet falling out
- Needle tip orientation indicator for identification of needle tip point orientation.
- Clear needle hub for easy visualization of blood or CSF and detection of CSF flashback
- Ergonomic needle hub design for an individual and safe handing position, better control of needle
- Fitted stylet to reduce the risk of tissue coring
- Colour-coded Needle Hub: easy to identify Needle Gauge
