Sol-Guard™ Insulin Safety Syringe With Fixed Needle
The Sol-Guard™ Insulin Safety Syringe provides accurate and comfortable insulin administration. Sol-Guard™ Safety Insulin Syringes have features which help to prevent needlestick injuries.
• Needles are tri-bevel and equipped with plunger lock and break feature that prevents the reuse of the syringe
• Low dead space – improved accuracy and less medication waste when compared to conventional syringes
• Bold and clear graduated insulin unit markings
• Safety shield feature that slides over the needle to prevent needlestick injuries before and after medication delivery
Intended use:
Intended for the delivery of U-100 insulin. In addition, the Insulin Safety Syringe Safety Sleeve covers the needle when activated. In the activated position, the Safety Shield guards against accidental needle sticks.
Intended user:
Licensed healthcare professional (HCP) or self-injecting patients after proper training obtained from HCP.
