The gelling action locks in fluid, bacteria, and debris, reducing the risk of maceration and supporting a cleaner wound bed.

The dressing features a distinctive diamond pattern that enhances structural integrity and helps maintain dressing shape during use, allowing for more even distribution of exudate and gel formation. This design improves handling and ensures close wound contact.

Sol-Care CMC Gelling Fiber Dressing conforms to wound contours, filling cavities and dead spaces where bacteria could accumulate. Indications: Sol-Care CMC Gelling Fiber Dressing is designed for moderately to high exuding wounds, such as diabetic foot ulcers, pressure injuries (stage II-IV), venous ulcers and leg ulcers of mixed aetiology, superficial burns, donor sites, post-operative wounds and traumatic wounds.
