Closed IV catheters are engineered with a pre-attached IV extension set that saves healthcare workers time while reducing opportunities for contamination. It features a slide style safety mechanism that offers protection from needlestick injury after the needle is withdrawn from the patient.
Pre-Attached 6” IV Extension Set – helps reduce the risk of accidental disconnection and cross contamination.
Slide Style Needle Retractions – safety mechanism retracts the needle fully and safely into the catheter body.
Flashback Chamber – allows for clear visual confirmation of successful venipuncture.
Triple Facet, Back Cut, Beveled Needle – provides ease of insertion and increase patient comfort at the insertion side.
Needless PNR – compatibility with various connectors.
Gentle Tapered Catheter Tip – provides a smooth transition from the needle to the catheter during insertion minimizing drag
